How to Progress like a Millionaire photoThrough out my journey to success, I’ve learned that probably the primary primary thing needed to be victorious is a appropriate state of mind. Actually if you reach this mind set, you will be competent enough to reach any target you may have whether you want to aquire a new skill or build a financial empire. Maybe I should have titled the article How To Think Successful… Anyway, my point here is that it all starts in your state of mind, and how you act upon those thoughts. Because, just thinking about your goals, without proceeding to take action, will not carry you much closer to the goal you desire (nonetheless, it is a step in the correct path).

Now, your premier step is, you need a clear aim of your target. For instance you should write down just how much money you need to receive, a deadline by which you plan to have gained this grand total of money (so that you will have set a time limit for yourself), and how you plan on making this money (write down a settled plan of how you will be earning this income regardless of whether you can put this plan into action immediately or not) . Write these three things down and read them aloud to yourself every night before you go to bed and every morning when you arise. This is so that you will have this target ingrained into your subconscious and it will be easier to stay focussed on achieving your target. With the thought of your goal sown firmly in both your conscious and subconscious you will be alot more apt to assertain actions that will bring you closer to your goals.

This practice also keeps you focused, (and trust me when I say staying focussed is a MAJOR issue). Most people set they’re goals then dillydally, they just get caught up in other activities that carry them even farther from their goal so it will take them more time (if at all) to attain their target. Lack of concentration is a colossal reason why ninety-five percent of businesses, online and offline, bomb within their first year. Considerably, that, and either mis-information or lack of information (but that’s a topic for a later instance). Another couple of very principal traits for you to acquire if you want to be victorious is self-motivation and perseverance.

Chances are, if your like most others, you will tally up many more failures than successes, But you can’t just walk away because of those failures. Its advisable to stick it out and motivate yourself to keep trying to acheive your goal no matter how many times you may miss it. Also not only do you learn much more from failures than you do from success but it’s like the more you don’t hit your target when you first start out the happier and more grateful you are when you do finally hit your goal. So, basically all those previous failures made you appreciate your success that much more. And its almost like that one success is worth a myriad quantity of failures. Basically, if you don’t quit you can’t lose. Just think, how Thomas Edison must have felt after over a thousand failures. He never gave up and eventually he created a lightbulb that worked. If he had just gave up we just might be in a world competely different, with out light bulbs. Any way my point here is that persistance pays off. Its much more effective than creativity, talent, and professional training all rolled into one
