In fact, records will show easily that many people on these countries are absorbed in their works and become workaholic.

The latter term of course infers something negative so that a manager should consider encouraging the employees to make use of the allotted vacation time.

A Business will gain many benefits if its employees are willing to take the vacation time. The most visible benefit is that the employees can have a positive pause between their hard work days. This will prevent them from making mistakes in the work place because of acute tiredness.

When an employee is agree to take a vacation, he or she can be sure that he or she will be able to refresh him or herself and come back at the work with renewed energy, concentration and performance.

Having such a refreshed employee of course will give positive effect for the Business. The productivity drive, needs for achievement and motivation of the employee will be like the new employees. The employee will also have more positive perception toward the company and may refer it as a good place to work.
